NADRU CHOORMA

Cripsy, spicy, tasty - no one can eat just one! Health is our priority but sometimes its important to satisfy the taste buds with some tasty fritters. But that does not mean that one compromises on health. Ditch the packaged potato fritters & try some Nadru fritters. Made at home, these delicious fritters goes with any dip you like & drink you crave. Have it on rainy days or just on a quiet evening, it'll not disappoint you!
Recipe
  • Peel, cut long & thin pieces of Nadru: 500gms
  • Wash properly & soak it in salt water for minimum half an hour
  • Pre-heat ample oil to deep fry the nadru in a pan
  • Put one nadru at a time in the hot oil
  • Deep fry the nadru till crisp golden brown in texture & color
  • Take out the fried nadru in a bowl & sprinkle Kashmiri red chilli powder (Laal Mirch)
  • Add black pepper powder (Kaali Mirch) 
  • Salt only if needed
  • Mix everything together
