My greatest joy is to spin out delicious vegetarian & non - vegetarian Kashmiri food using nothing more than the essentials from an Indian 'masala box'. With my passion for cooking & the love for my culture, I want to bequeath the Kashmiri Pandit cuisine & culture to my grandchildren & add a pinch of Kashmir to every Indian household.
The most important ingredient in Kashmiri Pandit cuisine is love. No family meal is complete without food crowding the table, sharing the same old stories & laughing with our dear ones. I hope you'll make new memories with my traditional recipes passed on to me through generations.
